After graduating at the top of her class from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody Graduate School of Education, Ms. Powell combined her keen interest in healthcare reform and human capital management by serving as the Manager of Pediatric Medical Education for the University of Florida. In this role, she focused on operational effectiveness, talent acquisition, and cross-division strategic alignment.
Prior to joining Germane Solutions, Ms. Powell was the founding Administrator for the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine Graduate Medical Education Program at Holy Cross Hospital. Her successes in creating and administrating a new program through its early years only reinforced her dedication to the art of designing physician training programs.
Ms. Powell brings to Germane Solutions first-hand knowledge of new program management – from design to implementation. Ms. Powell holds a bachelor’s degree of social work from the University of Georgia and a Masters Degree of Education in Organizational Leadership from Vanderbilt University.
