An accomplished and highly recognized attorney and health policy analyst, Ms. Hardy brings more than 30 years of experience working with national health care associations to Germane Solutions. She lends her expertise to our firm serving as a subject matter expert focusing solely on osteopathic training, helping clients reach and maintain compliance within the industry.
Prior to joining Germane Solutions, Ms. Hardy was the director of Graduate Medical Education Policy and Development for the American Osteopathic Association (AOA). While in that role, she represented the AOA before federal agencies, commissions, advisory bodies and other national healthcare professional organizations. Additionally, she monitored and analyzed current legislative and regulatory issues, assessing impact on osteopathic medical education as well as created and directed the Osteopathic Graduate Medical Education (OGME) Development Initiative.
A member of the District of Columbia bar, Ms. Hardy also served as the vice president of Federal Relations and Policy for the Community Hospital Medical Education Alliance where she represented the associations before congress, federal agencies, commissions, advisory bodies and other national health care entities. Prior to that, she spent 18 years serving as assistant general counsel at the American Hospital Association analyzing legal, regulatory, and public policy developments affecting hospitals and other health care institutions.
Ms. Hardy holds a bachelor of arts degree from Miami University and a juris doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
