Ms. Kulik brings more than 20 years of experience working with hospital administration – not-for-profit systems and proprietary hospital chains – focused on strategic planning, quality improvement, managed care and business development and market concentration in Children’s Hospitals and Academic Medical Centers. As Germane Solutions’ vice president of health access, Ms. Kulik supports health access networks and effectively develops or improves Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) throughout the country.
Prior to joining Germane Solutions, Ms. Kulik was the president and co-founder of Collaborative Research, a consulting firm dedicated to supporting public health and social-service organizations in their pursuit of federal financing. While in that role, she successfully qualified six FQHCs for clients ranging from large health authorities and hospitals to health departments within small Community Health Centers with the support of existing FQHCs in order to expand their services or geographic locations.
An accomplished speaker on clinical service line development, clinical pathways, quality improvement, managed care and pediatric healthcare, Ms. Kulik is highly sought out by industry leaders who rely on her research, process and outcome evaluation and clinical experience in social services and public health, with a focus on maternal and child welfare and HIV treatment and care.
Ms. Kulik holds a bachelor of science degree in premedical science from Canisius College and a master of science degree in public health from Amherst College.
