Our partnership process focuses on making sure the leadership from both the FQHC and the GME program feels comfortable moving forward by:

  • Conducting initial feasibility assessments for hospitals or FQHCs interested in finding a potential partner candidate
  • Determining/quantifying the potential benefits and challenges for each organization resulting from a partnership
  • Facilitating discussions between stakeholders around key partnership tenets (operations, finance, authority, etc.)
  • Creating “hybrid” care models from the agreed-upon best practices between the two organizations
  • Developing an overall structure for the partnership that can be used to create future definitive agreements between the two organizations
