Ms. Toth brings demonstrated expertise in accreditation and strategic planning for graduate medical education (GME). As part of the Germane Solutions team, she works with clients to develop new residency and fellowship programs, evaluate the operations of existing programs, conduct feasibility studies and facilitate strategic GME planning, and provide compliance assurance with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements and standards. She works with hospitals and health systems of all sizes, as well as clinics and physician groups, to achieve strategic goals for GME. Additional areas of experience include GME grant writing and post-award management, GME financial analyses, resident recruitment, and faculty development. Ms. Toth graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a major in Public Health (concentrating in Health Policy and Administration) and a minor in Economics. She has been part of the Germane team since 2020.
