About
Ms. Williams is a Manager at Germane Solutions, specializing in Accreditation and Operations with an emphasis on new program implementation and at-risk accreditation. Since joining Germane Solutions in 2017, she has guided clients through accreditation of over 1000 new residency and fellowship positions, and specializes in development of GME infrastructure and navigating adverse accreditation statuses. Additionally, she provides training and mentorship to institutions working to prepare for and successfully implement new residency and fellowship programs.
Preceding her time with Germane Solutions, Ms. Williams was a Project Coordinator at a clinical research organization, where she provided administrative and organizational support to pharmaceutical clinical trials, analyzed performance data, and completed internal projects to improve systems operations. Currently, she works alongside clients to design and implement Graduate Medical Education programs which meet all accreditation standards while maximizing their strategic, clinical, operational, and financial value to the health system.
Ms. Williams received her Bachelor of Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University and is currently pursuing a Master of Health Administration degree from Western Kentucky University.
