Women in Business Network
An ERG formed for self-identifying women in business and GME. Our Women in Business Network specializes in initiatives that combat gender discrimination and foster a safe and equitable environment. This ERG creates a sense of empowerment through advocating for all women at Germane Solutions and the GME industry, ensuring individuals can thrive both personally and professionally. Additionally, this ERG plays a crucial role in advising Germane Solutions on workplace sexism and gender discrimination issues, policies, and practices.
Vitality Network
An ERG formed to promote mental health awareness and overall well-being. Our Vitality Network specializes in initiatives that combat the stigma surrounding mental health and ensures our team and GME industry have the necessary resources and knowledge to live happy and healthy lives. This ERG creates a sense of wellness through advocating for our team members at Germane Solutions and the GME industry, ensuring individuals can thrive both personally and professionally.
