Mrs. Barnes is a manages Germane Solutions Accreditation and Operations Service Line, with a focus on GME feasibility assessments. During her six years with Germane, Mrs. Barnes has worked with over 30 new or existing teaching hospitals/health systems and has been involved in the initial accreditation or accreditation maintenance of programs in over 25 medical specialties. Mrs. Barnes has led a wide variety of projects including initial feasibility assessments, accreditation engagements, and the assessment of existing residency program operation, among others. Additionally, Mrs. Barnes has experience in strategy planning for the development of Graduate Medical Education across both large health systems and small community hospitals alike. Mrs. Barnes is a graduate of Miami University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Supply Chain Management.
